Northwest Golf Series β Financial Waiver & Payment Terms
By entering any Northwest Golf Series event and making payment, you agree to the following:
β’ Refunds
β’ All entry fees are non-refundable once paid, except where the event is cancelled or postponed by the organisers.
β’ as our venues require confirmed numbers in advance.
β’ Substitutions
β’ If you are unable to play, you may transfer your entry to another golfer by notifying the organisers no later than [14 days] before the event. No refunds will be issued if you cannot attend
β’ Exceptional Circumstances
β’ In cases of serious illness, bereavement, or other exceptional situations, refunds or credits may be considered at the organiserβs discretion
β’ Event Cancellation
β’ If the organisers cancel or reschedule the event, you will be entitled to either:
a) A full refund, or
b) The option to transfer your payment to another Northwest Golf Series event.
β’ Liability Waiver
β’ The organisers accept no liability for travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred as a result of cancellation, rescheduling, or your withdrawal.
By submitting payment, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
