Northwest Golf Series – Financial Waiver & Payment Terms
By entering any Northwest Golf Series event and making payment, you agree to the following:
• Refunds
• All entry fees are non-refundable once paid, except where the event is cancelled or postponed by the organisers.
• as our venues require confirmed numbers in advance.
• Substitutions
• If you are unable to play, you may transfer your entry to another golfer by notifying the organisers no later than [14 days] before the event. No refunds will be issued if you cannot attend
• Exceptional Circumstances
• In cases of serious illness, bereavement, or other exceptional situations, refunds or credits may be considered at the organiser’s discretion
• Event Cancellation
• If the organisers cancel or reschedule the event, you will be entitled to either:
a) A full refund, or
b) The option to transfer your payment to another Northwest Golf Series event.
• Liability Waiver
• The organisers accept no liability for travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred as a result of cancellation, rescheduling, or your withdrawal.
By submitting payment, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
