For Winners of the Northwest Golf Series – Summer 2026

1. Prize Acceptance
I, the undersigned, confirm that I am the winner of a prize awarded through the Northwest Golf Series competition. I understand that:
• The prize awarded to me is:

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or an alternative prize unless agreed by the organiser.
• If I am unable to take up the prize as offered, I understand that it may be forfeited or re-awarded at the organiser’s discretion.


2. Travel Responsibility
I understand and agree that:
• I am solely responsible for arranging and holding valid passports, visas, insurance, vaccinations, or any other travel documents required to claim and use the prize.
• The event organiser is not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by travel providers, weather, illness, government restrictions, or other circumstances outside their control.
• I must travel during the specified dates or within the redemption window, and any changes are at the organiser’s or provider’s discretion.


3. Liability Waiver
I confirm that:
• I accept this prize at my own risk.
• I release the organiser (Northwest Golf Series and its representatives) from any liability, injury, loss, or damage I may suffer in connection with the use of the prize, including travel, golf activities, accommodation, or third-party services.


4. Media & Consent
I give consent for my name, score, and photograph(s) to be used by the Northwest Golf Series on social media, marketing materials, and websites in relation to the prize award.
