๐Ÿง‘โ€๐Ÿคโ€๐Ÿง‘10. Pairings & Tee Times Policy
To ensure a fair and competitive environment:
โ€ข Tee times will be allocated by the organiser and run in timed intervals as agreed with the host course.
โ€ข Groupings will generally be arranged by handicap category (low with low, mid with mid, high with high) to maintain balance and pace of play.
โ€ข Where possible, players may occasionally be paired across handicap levels to mix experience, especially where this avoids players competing only with their regular playing partners.
โ€ข Requests to play with friends will be considered but cannot be guaranteed. Where granted, the organiser may balance the group by adding players from different handicap levels, if unavoidable due to tee time logistics.
โ€ข This is to maintain a neutral and competitive environment across all groups, especially with significant prizes on offer.
โ€ข The organiser reserves the right to adjust pairings at any time in the interest of fairness, pace of play, or competitive balance
โ€ข Final Pairings will be assigned based on league position.

We appreciate your understanding in helping us deliver a fair and professional competition for all involved

Updated Rule 11 โ€“ Competition Format & Divisions.
โ€ข Results will be determined by overall Stableford score from the field.
โ€ข Prizes and league points will be awarded on the basis of the single division results only.
โ€ข The competition will be played as a single Stableford division using playersโ€™ official WHS handicaps at the time of registration.
โ€ข Prizes will be awarded for:
๐Ÿฅ‡ 1st Net Stableford
๐Ÿฅˆ 2nd Net Stableford
๐Ÿฅ‰ 3rd Net Stableford
โญ Best Gross Score (for recognition of low-handicap performance)
โ€ข This structure ensures that all players, regardless of handicap, compete together while still recognising exceptional gross play.
โ€ข The organiser reserves the right to introduce a division format or adjust prize structures in future years if entries grow significantly, but for the 2026 series, all events will remain single-division competitions.
